Privacy Policy

Effective July 19, 2026

Techlarx (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built this site to explain our web design, AI, and local SEO services and to make it easy to reach out. This policy covers the information we collect through techlarx.com itself — it doesn’t cover the work we do for clients, which is governed by each client’s separate service agreement.

1. Information we collect

When you fill out our contact or booking form, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, and contact details such as email or phone, plus any project details you share with us.

Like most websites, our hosting platform automatically logs basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running securely. We don’t currently use this data to track you individually.

We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general location and device type. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and processes this data on Google’s servers under Google’s Privacy Policy. We also use Vercel’s privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics for basic traffic measurement. We use this information only to improve the site — not to build advertising profiles or identify you personally.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up on consultation requests
  • Scope, propose, and deliver services you hire us for
  • Send project-related communication, like proposals or updates
  • Keep the site running well and improve its content over time

3. What we don't do

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don’t hand your form submissions to third parties for their own marketing. The only outside parties who might see your information are service providers who help us run the site or our business (like our hosting or email provider), and only to the extent needed to provide that service.

4. Cookies

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell visitors apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies don’t identify you by name, and we don’t use them for advertising.

You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings without breaking the site. Our other analytics (Vercel) is cookieless, and we don’t use any cookies to track you across other websites.

5. Third-party links

Our site links to other sites, including live projects we’ve built and other third-party resources. Once you leave techlarx.com, that site’s own privacy practices apply, not ours. We’d encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

6. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and meet our own legal or accounting obligations. After that, we delete or archive it.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you’ve given us at any time by emailing us at the address below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's privacy

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally as our site or services change. We’ll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
